It's Your Journey...

For our final assignment in advertising photography class we had to pair up with a graphic design student and another photography student and come up with some sort of campaign.  My team came up with the idea to do Adidas shoes.  We wanted 'It's Your Journey' as our slogan and we knew that we wanted a red, green, and blue shoe involved.  After many hours of tedious work, we finally got our vision to come to life.  Special thanks to Jamie Hiatt for being such an awesome graphic design partner as well as Sam Baucom for being an awesome photographer and helping these images look badass.  So check out our campaign and let me know that you think!  Oh!  And don't forget to check out the video I made for the campaign! :)

Cell Phone

For my Biocom class, our latest assignment was to photograph a cell phone in a "techy" way.  I failed at my first attempt but then after talking to my teacher he gave me a few words of encouragement.  He said, "Techy can be whatever you want it to be. Don't think, just do."  I just had to remind my self to stop thinking so much and just go with my instinct.  Thanks to Kevin I was able to produce this image.

H2O

My most recent assignment was to show how water is significant to me. Since I've basically been in a pool my entire life, I figured that this project was going to be a piece of cake. Well, I thought wrong. I shot several different ideas when I first received the assignment, but I just wasn't producing something I was happy with. Finally, on the day that the project was due, I shot this image and I'm very pleased with it. It shows how water is significant to me through swimming. Special thanks to my swimmer, Marina, for being such a great model!
