It's Your Journey...

For our final assignment in advertising photography class we had to pair up with a graphic design student and another photography student and come up with some sort of campaign.  My team came up with the idea to do Adidas shoes.  We wanted 'It's Your Journey' as our slogan and we knew that we wanted a red, green, and blue shoe involved.  After many hours of tedious work, we finally got our vision to come to life.  Special thanks to Jamie Hiatt for being such an awesome graphic design partner as well as Sam Baucom for being an awesome photographer and helping these images look badass.  So check out our campaign and let me know that you think!  Oh!  And don't forget to check out the video I made for the campaign! :)

CAKE?!

Our most recent assignment for my advertising photography class was to photograph dessert.  I had a hard time deciding what I wanted to shoot.  After a few trips to the store, I finally decided on red velvet cake.  I thought the red velvet cake would look nice with my mother’s kitchen (since that’s where I was shooting it).  Here’s the final result.  Let me know what you think!

Once again, I had my friend Jessica model for me.  This time for my self promotional assignment I wanted to do something towards fashion/editorial.  This was probably the fastest photo shoot I have ever done.  The storm clouds had just cleared away and I only had the beautiful sun for about 15 minutes.   Big thanks to Jessica for putting up with my crazy ideas.  Leave some feedback and let me know what you think!
