Our most recent assignment for my advertising photography class was to photograph dessert. I had a hard time deciding what I wanted to shoot. After a few trips to the store, I finally decided on red velvet cake. I thought the red velvet cake would look nice with my mother’s kitchen (since that’s where I was shooting it).
